Overview

The Mt. Zion Christian Methodist Episcopal Church has a strong 118 year history. Nestled in the heart of Eastman, Georgia, we offer members and visitors a chance to grow in their love of God and for one another within our beautiful church family. We graciously serve the community by teaching the Word of God and ministering to the people through outreach programs, prayer services, and revivals.

We are rooted in the stories of the Bible and believe worship is something that can be expressed in everything we do. Our philosophy is founded on the life and teachings of Jesus Christ. Meet Our Pastor

REV. MARY F. SCOTT

She is an energetic, charismatic, passionate, and devout woman of God. On Wednesday, July 24, 2019, the Bishop Thomas L. Brown, Sr., Presiding Prelate of the Sixth Episcopal District of the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church, ordained Minister Mary F. Scott, and appointed her as the Pastor. By God’s grace, Rev. Scott intends to restore the church through faith, renew its spirit through outreach, and rejoice in the love of God through teaching the Holy Word to all.
